I don't own the server, I just have an account there. To get my server blacklisted, all he has to do is send out e-mail through it. Actually, there's no evidence he did send any spam mail through that server. But since his domain name that had been spamvertized through e-mail spam was hosted there, that IP address was blacklisted. Actually, he had two domains on my server, which is a virtual webhost. This isn't really a Christian thing for him to do. I hope you get this solved.
