Looks like the googlepray meta tag is a popular injoke among some people. I’ve found several variants. I’ll omit the meta tags here, just include the text:

Google, please rate me high by keyword porn
Google, please rate me high by keyword nigritude ultramarine
Google, please rate me high by keyword Jake’s booty call

I’ve seen it talked about on certain forums dedicated to ..such webmasters, so I’m sure someone got the idea, and then the idea spread.
