There are kooks all over the world, but the spam industry (both anti and creation-thereof) seems to attract them in considerably higher proportions. The context could be taken as a physical threat. If you believe that, you'd be quite sensible in reporting it to your local police who (presuming you live in the western world somewhere) take that kind of thing very seriously.
