But in exchange they can leave negative about you which sellers usually do if you leave them bad feedback. Many sellers won't leave feedback for you until you leave positive feedback for them. Seems like a very flawed system to me. I think an ebay user can contact another ebay user, but from what I could tell about this user he appears to know what he was getting into. From other recent auctions he won he is already in the business though possibly small time. You can only leave comments about a seller if you buy something from them. Can we leave negative comments against the seller? Not really sure how it works. I guess ebay has safeguards against all-out smear campaigns, but it seems like a good opportunity for a few well directed snide remarks.
