Fighting spam needs to be put on a new level because of automation spamming software. Manual moderation can be very time-consuming and tiresome. after a number of unwanted posts - most of them uploaded with a product (?) similar to the one you mentioned, I am proud to announce that I just completed to test some code that allows every phpBB administrator to ban unwanted users/emails/ip and all their posts with a single click.
