http://www.gostubby.com offers short URLs but they push the bar!

Their filters will not allow:

URL redirects 
URLs with common spam words
They offer website owners the ability to force previews for their web address.
They offer previews for users!

In the unlikely event a link does get missed they react quickly!

What does all this mean?

It means if they can do that so can tinyurl, goshrink, runurl etc...

It's not google's personal responsability to deal with spam issues, it's theirs!</description>
