Layer one - bad behaviour Layer two - automated shut-off of comments and trackbacks after 14 days using the plugin mentioned by shoe Layer three - another plug in that automatically moderates comments with more than five day's inactivity Layer four - all comments containing hyperlinks result in automatic moderation Layer five Akismet Result? No spam. I mange to remain spam free using similar techniques to IncrediBILL.
