Ex-spammers
- If you got tagged as a spammer, and have stopped spamming, or stopped hiring spammers, you're welcome to contact me and notify me that you'd like to replace your page on the wiki with a tale of what happened - without any identifying information. I'll then put your page here, change the name of it, and it should be gone from the search engine results pretty soon. But you need to notify me and tell me what you're doing. Keep in mind that a quite a few have contacted me, very angry that I tagged them as a spammer, when they unwittingly used a linkspammer as a SEO company. They feel it's unfair to call them out. That gave me pause, until I realized that the mail spam industry has as a principle that they make the beneficiary of the spamrun responsible for what the spammers do. You need to be responsible when you hire people to do work on your behalf. So this is what I can offer both ex spammers and those who unwittingly hired a spammer - and got tagged on this wiki.
